Cooling that stopped cooling
Blowing warm, running without stopping, making a noise it did not make last week. Diagnostics on all major makes and models, from older central systems to variable speed units and heat pumps.
Repair it, or replace it honestly
Routine service through to full system replacement, including our own Black Diamond line, which is built to our specification rather than bought off the shelf.
The Diamond Club programme
A documented inspection rather than a look and a rinse. Coil condition, plenum sealing, capacitor values, drain lines, flame sensor, thermostat calibration and more, on a checklist the technician works through in front of you.

Two seasons, one machine
A heat pump earns its keep twice a year in this climate, which is also why a fault shows up as a comfort problem long before it shows up as a breakdown.

Our Home Health work. Dehumidifiers, media filtration, air scrubbers, IAQ testing and air balancing, because on the Gulf Coast a house can hit its setpoint and still feel wrong.
Designed before it is installed
Systems designed, fabricated and installed in house, planned with the builder around the actual house: layout, insulation, window placement, duct routing and equipment sizing.
Our own equipment
Built to our own specification rather than bought off a commodity shelf, which is why it can only be fitted by us. Any of the six services above can end with a Black Diamond installation; none of them require one.
